Hummingbird feeders are left out over winter to feed the visiting Rufous Hummingbird.

Caretakers then used a special feeder warmer keep liquid fluid.

Deer exclusion fence is secured at the bottom of the gate to deter deer from getting under it.

A small opening on the side is left open to allow smaller animals through, Fox, Armadillo, Raccoon etc..

Deep freeze event with snow and sleet in the background

Caretakers install water warmer to prevent frozen water in bowl

Caretakers using special Hummingbird feeder with a light that is plugged in to prevent sugar water from freezing. There are two Roufus Hummingbirds overwintering.
