- November and December plans:
- Finish laying out hay bales on swales
- Begin erosion control of swales in northeast corner opening
- Be on the lookout for Johnson grass or other weeds sprouting from bales. Remove them
- Lay out additional swales below homesite to manage rainwater runoff
- Remove some more box elders and all chinaberries from river bottom
- Create swales along river bottom
- Plant trees
- Plan bird watch for next spring
