- Planted 13 Bois d'Arc and Osage orange bare root seedlings (from Texas Forest Service) along south and north fence line below the bluff at river bottom land
- Noticed lots of baby red oak seedlings coming up from acorns scattered/planted last year

- Animals seen and heard:
- Turkey vultures
- Titmouse visited bird feeder with large sunflower seeds
- Butterflies - yellow, orange, black and yellow
- Raccoon
- Listened for but did not hear Golden-cheeked warbler
- Cow bird
- Lots of turkeys in the PM
- Saw frog at water trough, large 3 inch Leopard frog
- Wren house fell down from strong winds
