- Refilled 1000 gallon rain barrel for water drip behind water barn, using long hoses strung from well faucets.

- Saw a fawn with a wound on its back leg
Caretaker's note: The wound on the fawn's back leg is assumed to be from jumping the barbed wire fence, following it's mother. Caretakers removed 3 strands of barbed wire on the fence where the deer trail crosses.

- Saw many migrant hummingbirds
- Saw Rufous Hummingbird (new addition to census list)
- Added 4 hummingbird feeders for migrating hummingbirds. A mixture of 4 units of water to one unit of sugar.
- Removed rag weed that had overgrown hummingbird habitat at river, exposed four-o'clocks, turk's cap and frostweed
