- Heard Golden-cheeked Warbler
- Saw a Nine-striped Racer Lizard
- Not as many birds as usual for this time of year, lots of Brown Headed Cowbirds, though
Interesting photo of a caterpillar on Mexican Buckeye tree with an unusual fly in the background
Caretakers note: An experiment occurred with raising the caterpillar to determine what it is- Four caterpillars were collected from the Mexican Buckeye for removal to experimental station for observation off site.
